i tried to contact them myself, and they apologized as of right now they basically are trying to ship the Avengers and was told all they do is that...it is so time consuming. Doesn't matter if you rewrite, for me it took a week to get an answer back. Once they will respond (if you wrote 2 emails they are still there, unanswered, and they will answer them when they get to it, they won't just delete them.) They are very professional when you write and they don't ignore you, but they are just drowning in avengers orders that is it.

In regards to your issue, this is not their focus right now to make a billing adjustment if there was a mistake, this can certainly wait until they finish shipping all avengers orders or if they decide to address it when they get to you mail.

But I'd say to be patient, you addressed it twice, they are running around just shipping Avengers, right now all you can do is wait. writing another email won't help at this moment in time.

EMS is normally 3 to 4 days from experience. The lenti is super sharp and I'm over the moon with it..

In my opinion, Nova are Lenti kings! All of their lenti's are top quality (Dark night isn't the best, but will let them off with that one)

The lenticular is by far one of the best I have seen. Clear, deep and sharp. Just picked mine up from the post office along with a John Wick full slip.
