I had three items dispatched to me on Tuesday, all from different retailers - one from Play, one from Amazon and one from HMV. Guess which one didn't turn up today!

Oh well, at least it gives us something to look forward to next wee... year.

I have the French and the far east versions of this. As far as I can see the this is the only steelbook that has that embossed border running around it (like C&A and Thor). the Metal Paks have it but not the steels.

You ARE wrong.

It doesn't have a FULL border running around it like CA and Thor. It's only partially embossed some of the way around. Just like the German release. They all appear to have the exact same design. So nothing really different with this one.

I'm in the US and I just got an email from HMV saying there was a problem with payment authorization. The card is fine and I've ordered from them many times in the past with no problem.
They want me to call but I'd rather not dual international.
Anyone run into this or know how to fix it? Thanks!!

I can't order from the HMV website for 3 months now because of authorization problems with Mastercards from Rabobank (Netherlands). I have to borrow a friend's mastercard to order from HMV.
I hope they'll solve your problem because I (and a few others from the Netherlands) have given up hope that HMV will do anything about these problems...

My guess is that HMV need to talk to the card holder...And it's quicker to resolve by calling than by emailing...

Had the same email today but after a quick phone call it was all sorted out.Card details updated and item sent out

Sometimes it's a small detail that throws up a flag (like if you change a phone # and forget to up-date your info on both ends). I had this problem with FS and Amazon till I figured out I had to up-date the info EVERYWHERE!
