I originally pre ordered this version but changed to the German version for the documentary. Now I've joined the GB for the best buy case, I'm thinking of just getting the amaray from sainsbury's for the documentary, seeing as 3D doesn't interest me. It doesn't seem right to just get the HMV release with just one disc when everywhere else is getting at least 2.

its price will be similar to the amaray just like war horse so sales will still be massive for this steelbook

Disney UK ALWAYS makes a balls up with their steelbooks, just when you think they've got it right they go and do this. If this was any other Steelbook it would have been OOS by now.

Seeing that folks are excited by the various slipcovers, has anyone considered that because this UK release must have a different title, that its slipcover would be the most unique? I know that this is a single disc release but dealing with this title variation could be why they chose the artwork (with no text) in the first place (unlike Thor, Captain America, etc). I am keeping my pre-order on HMV for now

Is it possible to cancel and leave only 1 copy? I had a quick look in my HMV account but not sure if the cancel button (not cancel entire order) will send you to a screen so you can say how many or whether it cancels that item regardless of quantity. I ordered a few with the 20% but only want 1 now as I'm getting the Italian and FS MetalBox too.

No. I done that with 2 copies of one item and both got cancelled and I had to reorder 1 copy afterwards. If you got a discounted price or used a discount code, then I would drop them an email to request removing one copy or ask them how to remove one copy. If you ordered at the same price it is now, then just cancel and reorder.

I think it will be. Just think how popular and acclaimed this film is and how much money it made. One of those releases that people will dismiss but then cry about in a few months when it suddenly disappears and they scramble to get another version.

I think this will be a unique steelbook since its one disc, and will have Avengers Assemble and Images of them on the spine .. correct me if I am wrong... I have one on pre - order, along with the Fs viva and German one.

Still have my 3 copies pre ordered...not canceling. Even if its only one disc, it's still the cheapest option, especially if you're not going to utilize the 3D disc.

I wouldn't worry. I have yet to have any problems with steels making the long journey to the U.S.

I ordered this one but was quite pis5ed that it was just a 1 disk steelbook and I hate the UK name of his film, when other counties are getting multiple disks version, so ended up ordering the German steelbook just for the 3d disk and bonus (I hope menus and bonus disk are in English) if not then I have the best buy viva on way cheers Mr Lee, and might just get the US amaray to place inside.
