The only reason is because they are exclusives, if they weren't I would go somewhere else
I just wish Amazon UK could start getting exclusives like their overseas counterparts and give HMV a good kick up the backside

But thats more of a perk you MAY get with play,and you should be thankfully it happens often. But clearly they spoil us with it. If people come out days before launch moaning they've yet to receive their steelbooks.

So just Leave your "I hate HMV' and "they're crap' messages until monday if you still haven't received your steel by then. CAuse at least then you'll have a valid reason for moaning. And you'll avoid looking like a bunch of spoilt brats

While I mostly agree with what you said, I think what most people are frustrated about is the fact that anything ordered from HMV takes a week, if not more, to arrive... whereas before it would only take a few days. Or at least that's the only thing that annoys me about ordering from HMV anyway.

If only it was the day of release, I normally have to wait a few more days. However it's not just that, but HMV's instance in packaging our steelbooks poorly that quite a few come damaged in transit.

Maybe you have been lucky, but I have been let down by HMV more than one time and I think most others have too.
