I wonder why blufans stopped the numbering card with a cut out image. Only just clocked that. Think guardians 2 was the last time it was done. Really like the one with quills mask.

Anyway I don’t mind those character back arts. As I won’t have the 1/4 slip it does mean I don’t have a matching set missing iron mans art but then it’s odd because they haven’t bothered with the black widow and vision/ stone versions. Art cards would of been better. But I’m extremely happy with the arts chosen with the lentis. My favourite posters. Also the full slip being the same as the back art of the steel would normally really piss me off but I don’t mind it in this case. Just like the art.

But I really don’t get why there’s no thanos slip. Very odd. Was looking forward to one.

we dont have a Time Stone sticker either (personally am hoping we get one, even as just an extra, not attached to anything.) Otherwise I may develop OCD missing said stone and only having 5 of the 6

No the One Click box will not fit into the shoebox for the 1/4 slip.

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 had the shoebox as well as the 1/4 slip.

Ok, am going to ask a potentially dumbass question for someone who has been on the boards several years - will the 'fancy shoe box' only fit a single steelbook edition inside? i.e. just the 1/4 slip?
Is there a standard for the dimensions or are they oftn differant sizes, depending on release?

While i don’t necessarily mind the artwork, the thing that bothers me is the inconsistency compared to age of ultron. The back artwork for this is more similar to the front artworks style for age of ultron

The shoe box came in different sizes. To be exact the height are different depending on the number of Slips. Back in the days the shoe box was the only storage box for the one click so there will always be more space than only for the 1/4 slip. If I'm not mistaken the box of Captain America: CW was the only box that didn`t fit all 4 Editions.

I can never understand the point of the 'shoe box' with these releases now. I understood ages ago before the slips were housed within the OC boxes as the shoe box was the only thing they had to store them in, but what purpose does it really serve now? I would much rather have something else instead like an additional booklet with the 1/4 slip or something. I don't know if it's technically 'free' or we are paying for it within the price of the set but the dimensions of these shoe boxes are off too so perhaps give us a smaller box where the dimensions are perfect just to put the quarter slip inside if need be.
Don't get me wrong, they're part and parcel of the whole set and that's great, it's just I'm not really sure what to do with them lol.
At present I'm storing pet slips, art cards and 'free gifts' in them... stuff that has come with other releases.

With regards to the back of the steel not featuring Thanos...

Do you own the WWA edition of Infinity War? If so, you could create a bespoke steelbook by removing the metal plate from the front of the WWA, and swapping it with the back plate of the Blufans. I've never done this myself, and I don't recommend trying without getting some advice from a knowledgeable ninja. You'd end up with two steelbooks looking like this (apologies for terrible Photoshopping)... but with some weird inside art (could be remedied by inserting come IW art cards between the metal and plastic)

Should you even attempt something like this with a Blufans? Many would call that blasphemy. Especially as the steelbooks would have different finishes on each side. But for those who don't care about having a mint steelbook in a forever-sealed box, it's one way of getting the combination you want.

I do find it odd that starlord is on the spine of the single lenti. Would of thought cap would get that spot considering stark is on the double and thanos on the FS

I don't think it would look like that as thanos would have to be turned upside down to make him the back cover of the blufans steelbook

Think it would be easier if people wanting to trade editions/versions of this or BP, did it amongst themselves, after the GB has been shipped/delivered, save the guys here getting more work on top of all the extra they have done so far

He has already sold the One Click +1/4 slip and the DL. He must be one of the guaranteed recipients on one of the other forums I guess since the One Click + 1/4 slip edition isn't being sold in group buys right?

I don't believe any of the group buys anywhere have gone live yet.

for those who transferred from BP to this, then as far as they are concerned, their GB has already taken place(thats how I see it) even though a specific GB for this title hasnt gone live to the masses, as of yet.

Its quite possible the ebay guy got one from here and another from BR.com....or they could be local and have guarenteed spots direct from BF
who knows for sure.

Point is, seeing copies on ebay will always make me sad when its clear touts(selling extras or changing your mind and selling later after receipt is fair enough but doing pre-order sales on ebay is disgusting IMO but alas it will never be stopped)

Just gonna say I really don't like the one click sticker, normally I stick them on the one click boxes to replicate how it looks when it's still sealed but normally they're really classy looking. I get what they've tried to do by making all the stickers like the stones but wish they'd stuck with normal design for the one click one

Going to find the listing and report it- eBay pre sale terms and conditions state items must be shipped within 30 days of sale date. So, if someone were to buy from eBay today, and they don’t ship by December 9th, they’re breaking the rules eBay have set up to protect buyers.

Probably won’t make one iota of difference, but if it restricts him selling for greed in the future, then all the better.
