It’s not minor. The entire insert is broken. My 2 disc is now only a 1 disc.

sorry to hear that just picked mine up today and have not opened it was going to wait till tommorrow with a bit of decent daylight but after hearing of your story i could not wait for the sun you had me worried, so into the kitchen it was with the 100w 8ft fluroescent for a full inspection everything was fine but one thing on the back bottom cornerish there is 1 slight paint scratch tiny very very tiny about 1-2mm long line back to metal but how the hell that has happened i do not know, only thing i can think is someone in steelbook factory must have caught it somehow.
but luckily it is not that noticeable right in the corner at the bottom of the steel thankgod.
i just hope no one else has got any damage does piss you off when you pay all the money and they come damaged but i suspect yours sound like postal damage, someones being doing a david beckham

I have to say, I never thought I'd be one of those people who criticises lenticular as they all seemed to be pretty similar to me. However...the double lenticular for this is disappointing. It would be ok if I had paid £15 from Zavvi but this definitely feels like we are being short changed. Comparing it to my Nova Incredible Hulk lenticular it is clear how low quality this is. I don't know what the reason is but the logo is very badly jagged around the edges, the characters don't seem to have any clear definition to them. As I said this would be fine for a lesser release but for a very expensive release of the 10th anniversary movie the entire MCU has been building up to, it should have been much better.
The one saving grace is the steelbook which looks great and is after all the reason I was getting this Blufans release.

I am quite surprised at how fuzzy the lentis are...i can see that they have tried to build several layers in the depth with superheroes aftyer superheroes, but its just so hazy! I only love the one lick box, the full slip and the quarter slip...single lenti is just abysmal!

Huge disapointment with my SL, the lenti is extremly blury, my eyes hurt just to look at it. Apart from the steelbook, the contents are of very bad quality too, bad finish, bad materials on cards and folder. The folder has no art, brown as a shipper box. this makes me question my future purchases from them as they are so expensive you would except better quality, i feel i´ve been fooled by blufans.

Surprise to see that so many seem to be unhappy with the release. Will be getting the one-click and judge for myself. I have the 1/4 slip and double lenti already and with these being sealed I don't think they are bad at all.
But: maybe then it's also time to let Blufans know, that they need to put more effort into things. They have reached a standard that we expect and if they don't live up to that I guess it's also vital for them to know that they can't lean back and enjoy past glories...

I presume all those unhappy are returning it for a refund or at least kicking up some sort of fuss outside of HDN?

i do not own Ragnarok but i own 8 previous to ragnarok blufans editions. Lenti and contents are poor quality compared to what i own from them. That's just it. There might be other bad ones out there that i don't own so can not comment on those, but sure this one is not worth the amount they asked us to pay for it, that i know. And all of us who are not happy with it , like to speak our minds and not just accept everything that is given to us without complaint, pretending everything is fine is the perfect recepie for increasing prices and lowering quality and dedication.

No that is not gonna happen and that is not the point, improvement is always welcome, increasing prices and lowering quality is not.
