I have never had a problem getting a full refund for a damaged steel and have always got a free returns label.If i showed that to Zavvi they would offer me a 5% refund or send it back on my dime.

That sucks, Paul. When will these companies learn not to use mailers with no protection? Actually more and more of them are doing it now - Amazon UK for example. Amazingly, of the non-premium retailers, only Zavvi actually bothers using proper packaging.

So no color difference?I’ve used black sharpies on 2 matte steelbooks and you wouldn’t even know the chip existed.

Tell me about it!!! I got the universal monsters from amazon Spain and it took 4 times replacements in order to get good ones, they even called me to see why I have been returning the Steelbooks.....it’s frustrating sometimesThat is dreadful. Why do these companies offer Steelbooks, knowing full well that they are bought by people who are looking for more than just the film and treasure the artwork it arrives in, and then pack it in jiffy bags or weak card with no other protection.
It is total disregard for the customer. Especially if they then inform you that a replacement is no longer available.
So no color difference?
I have a bunch of steelbooks with paint chips at the opening side and would be nice to cover them up because they bug the hell out of me
