I have heard they are removing the limit of one per customer. I am not sure when that is happening but like DB said, the description is not showing it is a limited exclusive edition.

The line in BOLD really bothers me somehow. It could indicate this wave is in trouble of being Amazon's exclusive release or simply released at all!!!

That line was very disturbing/disappointing to me as well. They better not be cancelling my order or these steels. I love the look of these

Extremely dissapointed with all of this. If they are printing more then I am gonna be pissed. No reason to pre-order.

Feels as though us collectors are being taken advantage of if they are indeed printing more steels. False advertising at its finest. That is just fu##ing wrong.

I will no longer be promoting Japan steels anymore.

I honestly dont think they are printing more. With only being able to order 1 per unless you have multiple accounts. I seriously doubt the hold back is make more. They could always release what they have, have it go OOS then replenish it. It shouldnt be the hold up because of that. There is probably other reasons, to which I'm currently trying to find out.

I just heard that Amazon.JP has removed the "block" on multiple orders for the same account of these steelbooks. The single copy limit in each order is still intact but you can put in as many orders as you want on the same account. I will try to verify this later.

chip - no information yet on whether this delay is indeed to allow more to be printed. I am in agreement with Wreck that something else is the reason for this delay. No need to stop promoting these Japanese steels yet

Watched The Dark Knight again last night, it's one of those movies that U never get bored watching, the best in Batman series, I want my Japanese steels now ;(

The estimated/shipping dates on my orders have not updated/changed could it be that some orders will get fulfilled next week and as planned and some because of maybe oversell will need to print more copies and hence will be released in March, I know I'm been very optimistic here but it's a wish-full thinking after all it's Xmas lol

yeah unfortunately they've also updated my order dates (delivery estimate: 2012/3/11 - 2012/3/14), but at least if and whenever they are up to preorder again before the release date then we might have the cheapest prices (assuming the prices go up), otherwise Amazon's price gurantee if they are relisted cheaper

Yes, it is still only 1 copy per order but you can create another order for the same steels on the same account

So I created a new account and when I enter my address it seems to be formated for delivering to Japan only. i left the 'prefecture' part empty and it will not let me move along without filling that part in and it is all Japanese cities. Help?

Just received my first amazon jp order and was very impressed with the packaging. Two steelbooks shrink wrapped into a sturdy oversize box, very little chance of postal damage. This gives me a lot of confidence that people will receive their Batman steelbooks in good shape when they get released in March.

What were the customs charges like for 2 steels?

Actually one was the Sucker Punch slipcase box set (not a steel but similar in size) which is quite expensive, so customs came to £19. I think normally you could expect maybe £10-£15 on 2 regular-priced steels.
