strange thing is, only the blufans packages are damaged. manta lab's, novamedia's, plain archive's packages dont even have a scratch. had luck with my last 3 blufans packages, so I hope my luck continues.

this was waiting for me yesterday when i got back from work! it is gorgeous, i was not sure to double dip on this one since i got the BB edition and i liked it, but it is blufans and in end i went for it....BB move away! lol this is a shot to be one of my top 10 best ever steelbooks in my collection!

Another mishandled/abused package. Weeks of anticipation ending with "Oh No!" There have been too many of these. I really feel for you, it sucks. Still waiting for mine.

As much as I'm worried about the packing, I'd love to see mine actually leave China too lol

Feel sorry for Headhunter my one-click arrived damage aswell, not as bad as he's but still annoying just waiting for @cooey to get back to me on what to do next. But I also think they need to sort out the packaging, mine was put in a few layers of bubble wrap but it seemed very loose in the big box they put them in probably hench why mine was damage.

@Magoosh @reisspsy , thanks guys. That’s how mine was - wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap then rattling around in an oversized flimsy cardboard box. The box was so damaged it was actually torn open on the top side so anyone could have just nicked the contents. Unbelievable.

Like most of us, I’m a huge fan of Blufans when it comes to their products, but the total lack of care when sending them is disgraceful. It actually makes me re-think whether to buy any more of their box sets.

Mine was the same, did you see my photos? Just double layering of bubble wrap but it looks like someone trod on it still. It wasn't 100% mint, a few marks scuffs, little tear etc but no significant damage fortunately.

My separate DL the slip and steel came curved. You sent an email to cooey explaining the damage and photos? cooey will sort out the returns in one batch when everyone confirms.
