Looks OK but a big fan of the original release from the WB range of 10 classic steelbook titles from January 2013 with the original poster artwork on the front.

The best of the epics (imo) . . . wondering how the new third version will stand up and if there will be a steelbook for that one . . . .

My post was simply about the lazy use of CGI to do everything these days with very little effort to use the real thing. As for deaths If I remember rightly there was a film in the 20's in which a lot of stuntmen were killed in a rapids stunt which started the overhaul of stunts in films.

Third version? There have been four previous films and a TV mini-series.

Interesting . . . I thought there were only two versions before the new one this year with both previous versions - 1925 and 1959 - on the 2011 Ultimate Collector's Edition.

I never thought I would say this, but I like zavvi better as I feel I have better odds getting one in mint condition than any of the Amazon's selling this.
