Important Group Buy update

Official update for all group buy participants -

The licensing agreement for Black Panther, for unknown reasons, still has not been resolved and because of this Infinity War will now be being released first (roughly early December time). The licensing agreement for Black Panther is looking to be completed around November time but because of the other releases (infinity War, Greatest Showman, Three Billboards), Black Panther will not ship until January 2019 at the earliest.

Infinity War will ship with the same editions (1/4 slip + Box, One Click, DL, SL and full slip)

Group Buy members, we have a couple of options for you -

1. Transfer
Your Black Panther request will automatically be transferred to the same edition to that of Avengers: Infinity War. You will then be guaranteed a spot for Black Panther, which will be charged for again later on in the year (or potentially January 2019)

2. Refund
You can cancel your Black Panther request and be refunded. Please note that should you change your mind afterwards we cannot allow you to repurchase Black Panther. At this time there will not be a further GB for it (however this may change although not guaranteed)

3. Wait it out
Wait for Black Panther to be released. If you decide to wait it out, as a thank you we will enter you into a HDN sponsored prize draw.

The official GB for Avengers: Infinity War won't be live until November.

Just to clarify though, number of copies aren’t known to HDN yet and the raffles isn’t actually confirmed as of yet, it depends on number of copies they get.

As for the live time, personally I think the live window of a few hours have worked very well. Not always the best to combine with stuff in life but it makes sure everyone interested needs to stay alert.

A good idea to know what the qty will be is similar to Doctor Strange but a bit more as Strange was 2100 and Panther 2500, and obviously less than Thor.

I say the most chance you have is 40-50% to get lucky.

i think what you find he is getting at is right on point, no people don't have to contribute but be nice if they did bother other than coming to buy for themselves.

Trying to shame them into contributing is childish and will defiantly not make anyone contribute anything.

If the purpose of an online retailer was to provide a platform for like-minded enthusiasts to interact then perhaps you would have a point. HDN is a community not a money making machine and it’s the members that make it what it is. I wouldn’t want to be part of something that is primarily a place for selfish individuals to use and abuse the good nature of others.

I dont post as much as i would like to (work, kids, etc) but i’d like to think that i’m not one of those guys who just shows up for the GB’s. Ive been a member for quite a few years now and post when i can and join in with the convo’s. Ive even made a couple of friends.

no far from it kizza, could do with more like you.
only got look thru lists and see some have been members for years and some of them only have 1 or 2 post some with a few over that.
we supposed to be a community here and there quite alot that lurk on here and have no activity other that gbs here but they are quite activite on other sites they know who they are.
tbh those are imho leechs but thats just my opinion as contribute the grand sum of nothing of any value here.

Personally I'd only allow members to join GB's with a post count of 1000+ and be premium members, but that's only my personal opinion.
