Official update for all group buy participants -

The licensing agreement for Black Panther, for unknown reasons, still has not been resolved and because of this Infinity War will now be being released first (roughly early December time). The licensing agreement for Black Panther is looking to be completed around November time but because of the other releases (infinity War, Greatest Showman, Three Billboards), Black Panther will not ship until January 2019 at the earliest.

Infinity War will ship with the same editions (1/4 slip + Box, One Click, DL, SL and full slip)

Group Buy members, we have a couple of options for you -

1. Transfer
Your Black Panther request will automatically be transferred to the same edition to that of Avengers: Infinity War. You will then be guaranteed a spot for Black Panther, which will be charged for again later on in the year (or potentially January 2019)

2. Refund
You can cancel your Black Panther request and be refunded. Please note that should you change your mind afterwards we cannot allow you to repurchase Black Panther. At this time there will not be a further GB for it (however this may change although not guaranteed)

3. Wait it out
Wait for Black Panther to be released. If you decide to wait it out, as a thank you we will enter you into a HDN sponsored prize draw.

The official GB for Avengers: Infinity War won't be live until November.

I will be sending this as a PM to all participants tomorrow too with the relevant instructions.

It's like I said about Infinity War, if this was a £15.99 Zavvi release you would maybe accept it for what it is but the price we pay for these and the fact we've waited a year to get this Black Panther release, it's kinda crap. It's frustrating as I go for the design I like best and more often than not that is the double lenticular. I would be perfectly happy if the art from these lenticular editions were used on a standard slipcover.

Yes the artwork of the DL would have worked better as a full slip

On Tuesday the 5th everywhere shuts down for new year so that will be it for nearly 3 weeks !!

Received my DL today... not impressed at all to be honest...hopefully the SL looks better in hand

i got mine today and i agree with you, not impressed and the back lenti its just plain bad, now the steelbook is top notch; love it! to be honest my last 3 double lentis have been not to the expectations i always have so i may rethink on getting full slips instead.........after i got my dark knight rises lenti i can not expect less......

So why would you continue to buy them?
You could just get the quarter slips. I don't know how many you've got but I don't really understand that.

Cos one day they'll actually release a top quality slip. They never show the finishes of slips before pre-order or release and for like $5 extra or whatever, I'd rather buy that and take the chance rather than missing out. I don't like any of the 1/4 slips with the Chinese writing on, so pointless on that front.... plus, the steels are always miles better than any of the slips, so of course they'd be on display rather than the slips

Yeah mines the same agin buddy just like Infinity war saying leaving parcel centre Shanghai, then again my Thor Ragnarok says the same yet I received that last year. I’d imagine it’s on it way or stuck in a back log till after the Chinese holiday
