I tried to order this and Blade 2 from AJ but this was sold out (but later back in stock grrr..) and so I ordered from HMVJ

Has anyone ordered from HMVJ? I ordered it on 09-26 but the order status has stayed "Order in progress" and "in transit" since. Does it ever change?

This is already sold out on amazon!?? Guess I have to resort to eBay......

My question for those of you that actually watched this film, how is the PQ and AQ? I have a version of blade on blu that I purchased a long time ago. Not only was it the wrong aspect ratio but the sound sucked!

Thanks all

Two double stacked...Here's a photo

They package SB's like they are books... Terrible.

Shipping single SB's is even worse. Its just thin corrugated card packaging. Lucky the SB inside isn't damaged.

I guess AJ don't ship as many SB's as their other products but they really should package them better. Not everything is a book!

Got the Canadian version for less than £15 on play.com :)

This one has different artwork than the Canadian one. Only the cover is similar - title is different to though.

Yeah, that's why I order in build from AJ - at least they pack in a box. But DHL doesn't help either - they are horrible with keeping the box in good condition without damage to contents :(

Thanks, I finally got a shipping notification a week after placing the order. May be it wasn't in stock even though it says it was.

I think I'll stick with AJ in future. Although more expensive at least they process the orders faster. My last purchase took two days. That's placing the order to having the item in my hand.

My copies of Blade & Blade 2 are awaiting the Customs commissioner in Coventry before ParcelFarce try to deliver them... :ohno:

Mine have been at that stage since Thursday afternoon...guess I'm now waiting for the inevitable letter then. That said, it usually updates the information to tell you customs has to be paid.

I just paid £75 for both steelbooks with free expedited air mail shipping.

Is that a fair price? I assume these will only increase in value.

That's a little high, but not too bad. (Considering the first is OOS already on Amazon.jp!) I got them both from Amazon.jp (bundled with others), and they worked out to be about $47 USD each (with shipping). :scat:
I think you got a fair price!
