The exact same thing has happened to me... makes me wonder how many others also made a new order with the code and are now unable to cancel their original order. Oh well, I'll just sell my spare copy at cost or do a giveaway at some point.

A limited number will be in stock and available to BUY NOW from 00:00 GMT, these are already in the warehouse and will be shipped out over the Black Friday weekend.
Once this stock has sold through, we will then switch over to a PRE-ORDER, where we will take the next lot of orders. These will ship out in Q1 2018.
