Watched The Lorax again and I thought the conservationist message was way too in your face. I mean I get it we need to preserve the trees, but let's be suttle in a kiddie movie. It was amusing, but it could of been better.

Yes, the original story has a great moral and the message is almost intact in the movie. I just felt it went overboard with it. I got the same feedback from different folks that saw the movie without me mentioning it. Kids won't notice it much, but It's in your face scene after scene after scene. I don't mind subtle messages (e.g. Wall-e), but something that continuously does it over and over and over again just takes away from the experience IMO.

I didn't dislike the movie, but I thought it could of been more.

Purchased and Watched, The Hunger Games.

I must say, it way better than i thought it was going to be, and it kept me interested the whole way through. I usually find myself bored about halfway through most movies anymore, but not this one
9/10

Watched Take Me Home Tonight last night.

Surprisingly and pretty good flick especially if you remember the 80's at all.

It's almost like if That 70's Show did a movie but it was the 80's. If that makes any sense.

Great music as well!
