Watched Confessions of Murder and Seven Warriors. The latter was tough to finish with a tag line of "Akira Kurosawa's Seven Samurai gets a Hong Kong facelift" it immediately set the expectations and bar very very high. Turns out it was not as bad as I thought it would be, but just simply didn't do justice to Seven Samurai. It almost feels like someone wanted a Chinese version of Seven Samurai and it was done, just simply not on the same level...

nothing can compare to the original SS!!!
