I ordered first chance I got. Shipped pretty quickly. I'll bet they meant to put $39.99 and put $3.99 by accident.

Looks like it could be that they meant to price it this low, as they were probably clearing out old stock. They had the rare OOP Pieret Le Fou Criterion Blu for $1.99 on theyre eBay storefront.
