Those are the audio specs of the new remastered 4K edition: then the jcard got wrong specs?
But in the extras, there aren't these:

Tbh, if it had happened to me, and those languages weren't on the disc, I would ask for a refund to Amazon. So the question remains, are those languages included on the disc or not?
