I need some help here: what is Novamedia...? is it gonna be another publisher like KimchiDVD that makes exclusive steelbooks? Or is it going to use the steelbooks that are the same as other regions and put these into its "collection" line?

I'm trying to get my head round this...So, Novamedia is cutting out KimchiDVD and selling direct?

Flipping hell another exclusive line to add to my collection, too much to handle!!! :ohno:

Wow the competition is fierce as more and more companies wants to jump on the steelbook wagon now :p :naughty:

On their Facebook it says their website will be up in July, so I'm guessing that will coincide with the pre-order of something...

I'm taking this as good news, nova media have done a great job through Kimchi, so I'm expecting that quality to continue!

Steelbook collecting is in a sorry state when some collectors are happy to write off a potentially quality release.

yes it's kinda hard to wrap your head around it when you don't pay attention for example who made a kimchi exclusive etc...

for me, I though Kimchi was making their own products by ordering from different place their bonus stuff, the lentis, steelbooks and putting them together.

Will this be the same thing, but cutting out kimchi from the equation ?

Was Kimchi involved with Novamedia in the making of their exclusive ?

Maybe Novamedia saw how much extra money Kimchi makes by just adding a few art cards, lenticular slip, and numbered card. Or, Novamedia wanted a bigger piece of the dollar pie, Kimchi said no, so Novamedia said bye bye. Possibly, maybe.

But really, it would be interesting to know why Kimchi has been left out. But these business decisions will probably be never made public.
