Sorry for digging up older thread, but If I would write this in "Im looking for..." it would be deleted because of "haves"....so....

Is anybody willing to trade their lenti for mine full slip A2? It can be opened, but mint, especially the steelbook itself, mine is also opened and minty mint . I love this slip a lot, but I just want my Cap kimchi collection only as lenticulars and this is the only one which I have as full slip...

:coffee:
if you dont want to wait for the above mentioned re-release - whack the 'want' in your signature and check ebay.
Thats your best bet right now.

Same here, and I will start with Manta because they have highest shipping cost to NL from all the retailers and we all know how rapidly ML items decrease in value, I can get it much cheaper from bay few weeks later after release....
Well people were certainly wrong about this edition a year ago. I'm glad I grabbed a OC back then today you would pay close to $400 for one. I never thought these would have gone up so much in value, I would have guessed it would just maintaine its value. It can be difficult sometimes to know which editions will do this these days.

Cap and Thor 1 both seem sought after regardless of the number of rereleases

I know the HMV versions I have still go for an average of £30-60 each (I paid £30 for both)

Very Sad, even worse she leaves behind a husband and twins. I'm not going to pretend that I knew her but she looks quite young and I had a good friend recently pass away from cancer.
Here's a link if anyone wants to donate to cancer research cancer.org
The amount of people especially under 50 that pass away from cancer daily is far to many!

I just learnt through her Insta that ninja @KittyCat has sadly passed away :(

Sorry for bumping this thread with the news but you only have to look through her posts in this thread to see what a fan she was of this release

RIP

Definitely sad to hear.

I remember the posts of her editions displayed in her glass case and how she wanted 3 copies to complete the full image and I did wonder "whatever happened to her?" back then when she stopped posting to HDN.

I also remember all the help she provided fellow HDN members with the Dunkirk SteelBook from Germany because it wasn't available anywhere else. I remember the funny stories about how she kept cleaning out her local store. especially these 2 quotes.

MediaMarkt don't deliver to the UK anyway so a GB/eBay/private sale was my only way to get one

  • KittyCat's reply:
  • I am aware of that. :) Otherwise, I wouldn't have bulk-ordered these and shipped them overseas. I fear the staff at my Media Markt won't forget my face and I'll forever be known as the "Dunkirk lady" ... :pKittyCat's reply:
  • Yeah, laugh about it. Every time I enter that store, I'm expecting some of them to shout after me "we have no more copies here, lady!":LOL:
