Is it because of the photo angle? Cause the mock up of the inside art appears to be brighter...

I don't think so. Mock up images always seem to look brighter than the final product in most cases if not all.

If about Thor I can say: "Not so bad..."

too subjective..
fo instance,some rather embossed/debossed steels, some others(like me) don't,there are also thos for whom it depends on the artwork chosent

some will love an artwork, some others will like it(like the front of this one)

i m not even sure that everybody/almost everybody rather the same type of finish(i made a poll) even though i believe tha majority rather glossy finish steels(like me)
