Why was this discontinued?

Not sure, BB does that all the time with SKU's. There a lot of Anime titles that no longer show up in their system. Same thing with SB's and other collector editions. I guess once stock gets low enough they delist them.

Paul Greengrass appears to have taken liberties with the true story. According to crew members, Phillips was nothing like the heroic character portrayed in the film.

'A Hijacking' is a much better film.

A Highjacking was good, but didn't have the payoff Captain Phillips did. I felt Kapringen was strongest when it was from the point of view of the shipping company executive, whereas Captain Phillips was more focused on the action. Overall both are good films but I preferred Captain Phillips (which I saw afterwards).
