for those who do not know Chickenfoot is a band fronted by Sammy Hagar with Michael Anthony (Van Halen) on bass, Chad Smith (Red Hot Chilli Peppers) on drums and none other than Joe Satriani on guitar. Talk about your supergroup!!! Anyway, their new album came out today and I'm listening to it now for the first time. I think any fan of Sammy and Van Hagar will enjoy this quite a bit. They are headlining an outdoor fesstival here in my home town called the "concert on the hill". There is an old fort on a hill built in the middle of our city and they have concerts there from time to time. looking forward to this one.
