no invoice for me. I ordered on 5/11. If the GB was closed by the time I ordered then surely it should have been noted that the GB was Closed.

Update:
Going back though the post's I see that Bluraysteel sent out the invoices on 29/10. Looks like I missed out. Never mind, that's $195+GB fees saved then.
