Slightly different approach, getting ready for box preparation so can be sent quickly on receipt.

From past experience it is probable there will be Customs charges guestimated at £2.00 per item (that's Customs not postage) and they will be added into the postage charge so hopefully just the one invoice. So that's getting on for an extra £400 which I need funding for and that's why it's added to the postage. (These are based on the Jack Reacher Blufans GB however this GB is about 4 times the size so there may be Duty as well as VAT.)

Minimum is 2nd Class Signed For, although let me know if you want Special Delivery due to the value of the items, limit on compensation for Signed For is £50. I know we are not talking very much here but nonetheless there are rules as for any GB.

THE RULES:

This bit is very important. Due to the sheer volume and the relatively small amount involved I am relying on everyone to pay their invoices promptly and within 48 hours latest please. ANY NON PAYERS WILL BE ADVISED TO bluraysteel IMMEDIATELY, NO REMINDERS, AND WILL GO ON MY PERSONAL BLACKLIST. If there is going to be a problem or you are going to be away (I do realise that school holidays are on us once more), please let me know by posting in the thread NOW and I will invoice separately, do not pm me. I will be staggering invoices over a period of days once I am aware how much these weigh and their size.

Can everyone in my Hub please ensure that their Paypal addresses are correct and up to date. If there is no address then there is nowhere I can send it, your payment will just be returned. Simples. If it's coming from your Wife/Girlfriend/Husband/Boyfriend/Granny's account (ie not you) then the package will be addressed to them not you. That's Paypal's rules not mine.

Finally depending on numbers size weight etc it is likely I will have to order some more boxes which may take a few days to arrive. If anyone has any suggestion for stockists could they post or PM me. Thanks.

As I keep saying unfortunately I have not yet received them but I don't really want to make you all pay twice if it has to go up from Small Parcel to Medium Parcel. I have boxes which are the very largest SP can manage and you can get 3 Steels in at a push so should be OK for those only having 2 Steels, 1 Sticker, 1 Notebook; no guarantees though. If 2 Notebooks then wish I did.

BIG(ish) UPDATE

OK had a BIG box delivered today. Only tells half the story but will let me work out some figures (at last). The Notebooks and Stickers have arrived

Notebooks measure 21cm x 15 cm x 1 cm (8 1/4in x 6 ins x 3/8 ins). Stickers 30 cm x 21.5cm (12 ins x 8 1/2 ins). Hope that helps.

Sadly no Steelbooks yet which may have been caught in customs.

There are more Stickers btw.

Stickers will NOT fit in old play.com double boxes so ALL with stickers will have to be in my larger 3 book boxes and I'll have to order a lot more. 2 Notebooks should occupy same space as a Steel, so:
1 Steel, 1 Notebook -- small box
1 Steel, 1 Stickers -- large box (Still Small Parcel rate btw)
2 Steels, 2 Notebooks -- large box
2 Steels, 1 Notebook, 1 Sticker -- large box
3 Steels, 3 Notebooks -- large box - (Possibly might be Medium Parcel)
3 Steels, 2 Notebooks, 1 Stickers -- large box (Should still be Small Parcel rate)
Any thing else would be Medium Parcel and may be cheaper to send via Parcelforce express 48

Hi possibly not the right place to post it but I have 2 members who have not paid the small amount of £7.70 for postage (and PP fees are included in that).

1 of these is a repeat offender who has logged in but not read their PM's (sorry will not do any Blufans hubbing for you again); 1 hasn't logged into HDN so hasn't seen the invoice {param} There are a couple who have had PP funds returned so they need to check their emails, then please act accordingly.

The above have 24 hours from time of posting to pay otherwise they will be reported to Host of GB (bluraysteel) and also Staff for their decision and it'll be out of my hands.

AND no Medium Parcels Invoices will give break down and a choice of postage, if you don't post here I will assume 2nd Class Signed For.
