Can't believe my luck. With HMV.com now saying its deleted thought i would never get hold of this. Just happen to walk past the store this morning and they had one left. £19.99 same as online price. Its much better in the flesh. Very happy. :oohyeah:

just been in my local HMV and they dont have any blu rays in amaray left of C&A nevermind the steelbook, also no sign of any captain america either.

they did have a copy of battle LA tucked away for £19.99.

I might go to HMV Oxford Street (had stock yesterday) tomorrow. PM me if you want copies (remember the security tag is on the shrinkwrap).

*EDIT* I will be going instore to do pick ups!

I'm starting to think HMV just don't stock steels well in store, I remember going down to one closest to me when this film first released. Only had one on the rack. Same with most titles on that same day, one Scarface, One Akira, one Hannah, one Pirates then like 6 Priest steels :hilarious: maybe they just prefer steels sold online I dunno, but my store never stocked up on steels

What's your tactic to remove the tags and tape :ohno:

To me, you've got 2 choices, one, peel off very slowly, trying not to leave any sticky crap behind, but you run the risk of denting this one, especially as it I'd the only steelbook which doubles as a musical instrument....;)
Second way would be to arm yourself with some white spirit and some cotton buds/Q tips, and gently pry off the label. Wiping the spirit back and forth while slowly peeling, take a while, but no risk or damage to the steelbook.
This is the method I used to free my BTTF Tin.

Hopefully should see this one go up in price soon....

Do you guys have goo-gone? I use this this to remove the left over sticky glue on my slipsleeves. It works pretty slick. Also if I can't remove a sticker, just rub a little bit on the sticker itself, and 99% of the time the sticker will just slide off, then just take a clean dry cloth. Oh yeah, do not get it on the plain side of the cardbord, if you do wipe off immediately. This also will not harm lenticular covers, just wipe with the "grain".
