I chose standard (only option?) at the time I placed the order and in the email, it states UPS-Mail with tracking. It is probably being drop shipped from several UPS distribution centers I think.

for all the ones who chose the standard shipping for free and received a UPS tracking number,this will actually change hands and the USPS will end up delivering it to your destination.all the tracking info that UPS delivers should have a tracking no. beginning with 1z....
i didn't order until the second time around.so maybe the ones who ordered on day 1 got theirs shipped first...

they also offered a 2 day and 1 day which was way too expensive and doesn't really get you the item quicker since they would end up waiting closer to the release date when they ship because of the expedited shipping.

Ah I see, so what you are saying is that those who bit on the 2 and 1 day shipping option will not get their email notification until later. Makes sense to me

i know.its crazy.they have to honor the release date.so expedited shipping doesn't really give you an advantage besides the fact that it will be in transit in less time giving it the best chance of not suffering any damages.i normally choose this option but they were going to charge around $60 for it!

I am pissed I ordered mine very early had to pay the 26.99 price. I called them they told me they were on backorder and I probably will not get one. I think they filled all the hoarders orders first. They said none were left in stock so if you have not recieved your email, don't count on getting one. If anybody has an extra one please help me out. Thanks
