Just found this, it's a Target online exclusive. It seems to be the same as Future shop.

They have poor customer service all around. I received that email from "Mary" stating it shipped out on the 3rd. I sent "Mary" an email last night asking for a tracking number. I received an email this morning from "John" stating it shipped on the 9th and I can expect to receive between 12/9-12/13. I checked tracking today UPS shows only a label printed. So I guess Target just tells you want they think you want to hear. Thank god for their "State of the art" distribution center.

Ricker, sadly that is the "state of the art" customer service for you in this country. My company just let the director of CS go because she thought the best way to handle customer complaints/questions was a wizard driven knowledge base of scripted answers. Not so bad if the agents have any resemblance of independent thought but they just read and write responses verbatim. Yikes!!

i guess scripted responses could work for most of the stupid consumer base but most people don't like smoke being blown up their ass.

Liselotte thought she had flaw-free until she removed the shrink wrap and look behind the slipcover...

why would you unwrap this one?!?!? If it has a chance of going "Iron Man" mine is never coming out of that shrink wrap.

If I remember properly from what other people were saying, the Ultraviolet sticker is only on the U.S version. something about the back cover too can't remember why tho sorry pal

well mine has been shipped yesterday over UPS and when i check for the tracking target gave me..it says UPS doesn't recognize it...go figure,,,i prefer my staff to get deliver by USPS, i'm just hoping it arrive in good conditions...we in the USA get a few steelbooks every year and it's such a a nightmare every time, especially if you can not pick them up at the store

tono, it is being shipped by USPS - UPS handled the initial delivery from the manufacturer and then pushed them to USPS for delivery. Take that tracking ID and use it on the USPS site to see where yours is. Mine is still stuck in Atlanta, GA with a confirmed delivery date of Dec 12 to WA state. Whatever man

The issue here besides the delivery date fubar is the packaging being used either by Target or UPS Innovations (no one knows at the moment). But from what we have heard, the packaging is piss poor vinyl envelope with bubbled wrapping inside if you are lucky. But if you have multiples, then you run the risk of them being damaged in transit due to lack of proper protective inserts.

On a side note - has anyone watch this yet other than those waiting for their steelbooks? The audio mix on this is outstanding especially if you have a full 5.1 home theater set up. Crank it up because the surround sound really adds to the entire mood of the movie. Plus Olivia Wilde in HD
