Just found this, it's a Target online exclusive. It seems to be the same as Future shop.

Yeah, me too. I really like the artwork on the UK one better - but this being a US release for me, I went ahead and ordered it. Probably will decide to cancel HMV later or sell the one i like the least.

Though I was excited by the news, I was more wary of the packaging and shipping by Target. Come on, how many people buy online from Target? To increase my odds of getting one in mint condition, I bought 4 copies!

I hope so. I wonder if anyone cancelled their order to get it cheaper and then have it go OOS durring the re-order. That would suck.

Their policy is to not charge you until the order ships.

So I would assume that the new price would reflected in the order when it leaves the warehouse.

My recommendation to everyone on this board - stand pat with your order and do not cancel.

What's worse, to be stuck without a copy, or to deal with customer service to get your $3 back?

call...first support had to escalate it to a supervisor....she basically refunded me $3 to my credit card I don't think they'll be able to change the price.

took about 15 minutes on the phone of waiting though since the first support kept putting me on hold (customer support is in India by the way).

I ran the tap dry after reading posts #12 and #13 by more experienced members of this forum.



PS - I am anticipating the same for the Japanese steels coming out in a month. Once US collectors realize the economy of buying in bulk to offset the "high" shipping, they will be sold out too.

This is a very good thing - it says to Target that there's an audience for this type of collectible in the US and they can have a successful run if they do more.

Let's just hope they realize the difference between how much we like steelbooks and how much many of us dislike metalpaks (see Iron Man 2).

FYI-my orders placed yesterday were cancelled today, stating it was 'temporarily out of stock'. Folks in group buy were refunded. Good luck to anyone with existing orders, and to anyone else still trying to get one!
