Just found this, it's a Target online exclusive. It seems to be the same as Future shop.

Hey guys I just received my Cowboys & Aliens Target and it was shipped in a cardboard envelope but it arrived minty mint. So I'm very happy and lucky.

Today's the day most folks who ordered will be receiving theirs. I hope this means good things to a lot of people including me. By the way did you check beneath the cardboard overlay on the back?

I keep my steelbooks sealed so I'm keeping it the way I received it. It has crossed my mind to start opening all my steelbooks to check for complete condition.

yeah i voted the same not going to rare i dont think it will be worth any more than the futureshop edition

Sorry, didn't mean to ask you to open it. I have found a few dents simply by pressing the cardboard against the steelbook without removing the shrinkwrap except when those nasty glue snakes get in the way

USPS just dropped off the Target orders. And guess what? 2 cardboard boxes!!! It's a miracle and I think they must have heard us on this forum as the first package delivered ALL MINT copies!!! I am opening the second package now due to kids wanting to see other packages. OK second package also has mint copies. Only "defects" I saw and felt was a copy with a one inch tear in the shrinkwrap on the side and another about quarter of an inch on another. That's it. Finally after a week of anxious waiting. Good luck everyone else, however folks are left waiting for theirs.

I just received mine right now via UPS.

I can't believe they sent it via latex condom. Here's a picture of it....amazing how this one was protected. I wonder what brand they used because it's a miracle protection. No padding what so ever...this is worse than the Sucker Punch delivery at least it had bubble cushion inside.

Haha latex condom. Can I borrow that line? Congratulations on getting a mint copy. By the way, are you opening it? I opened one of mine and it has an unusual feel/look to it. Not sure how best to explain this but if you tilt it at an angle to the light, I swear I see the good old screen door effect on the art. It also looks like they took a photo and made some digital modifications to it for that water color effect. You can see that in some of the pictures already posted.

I don't see anything unique about the artwork at all.

I'm not going to open it up, however, anyone from the USA ordering the one from Korea? Since the UK is embossed, then I would love to trade it for the Korean edition I can't double dip on a movie that I'm not fond of from the first viewing.

My order I placed on the 6th arrived today...a day before the ETA.
After reading about some recieving thiers damaged I was worried but it seems to have came without a dent or scratch.

Got mine today litterally wrapped in USED cardboard! Thought WTF?! Said a prayer, doused it with holy water and opened it.....OMG Cherry Mint!

got mine today...due to all those comments about getting dented steelbooks i was so scared, so when i saw the poor package at the door i didn't wanna open it....OMG! perfect conditions

Where are they selling the Korean edition? I know nothing about that one.

I think thunda is still recovering from his little episode with his copy of the "very rare" DE edition of Sucker Punch last night. It's OK thunda, time heals all wounds especially when the trauma comes from fighting for Babydoll and her friends. You fought bravely and I know she will reward you handsomely soon
