Let's be honest, I don't think very many of us enjoy having printed backs on our steelbooks, and a good percentage of us also prefer having English titles on them

So, I have starting making hybrids, combining the best parts of different steelbooks into one even better custom steelbook ;)

These are the 3 that I have done:

Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes (United Kingdom front/United Kingdom spine/France back)

Sin City (Germany front/Canada spine/Canada back)

X-Men: First Class (United Kingdom front/United Kingdom spine/France back)

Has anyone else done the same thing or something similar? I would love to see some pictures or suggestions if you have!

*Of note, yes this does mess up the interior artwork (if there is any to begin with in either steelbook), but for me I care more about the exterior art then the interior art, so I don't mind

Having other languages and/or backwards spines really annoys so I recently got some spines printed from Zesty (thanks again buddy!) through a trade we did and I did 4 of them up last night. I think they look much better, especially The Crow and Red Scorpion.

Here is a before picture:

And here is after:

They were printed on "sticker paper" so it was pretty easy to do. I have about 12 more to do, mostly Canadian titles.

Looks much better on the shelf!
