The regular amaray, then the digibook / journal...and now the steelbook - how many releases do we need of this?

At least it's the 2 disc edition that was the re-issue with the journal.

Note that the discs are region B locked.

Either release, it doesn't matter - it appears to me as the 1st disc (feature) is exactly the same - I own both of the original editions.

Plus, their image mock up states two discs - doesn't seem to me that Kinowelt would do another transfer - the first one is stellar.

ah, makes sense. Man they are sucking the tit dry on this release in Germany. Smart marketing though with all the imports this will get.

I have the regular amaray of this...those pics are nice! Oh the temptation to double dip for this steel! Ordering from Amazon de always makes me nervous tho...worrying about damage to those beautiful German steels before they get to me.

you shouldn't be nervous, i have been ordering from them for a while. probably i have 50 steels from them and i had just one problem with one steel that i got damaged, they have great customer service. i explained the situation and they sent me the replacement for free. in any case the only down side is they are region B, and depending on where you are it may be a problem if you want to watch the disc. other than that... i just love them

Just got mine at the door minutes ago. How do you take the sticker off? Ive never taken one off before and I dont want to leave any type of mark.

Use a hairdryer to warm up the adhesive...it will peel right off and usually not leave any residue.

I feel your pain...I had a shipment leave Germany on Dec 13..didn't arrive so Amazon de sent a replacement shipment earlier this week. Then all of a sudden I get update that my first 'missing' shipment is in New Jersey a couple days ago. Now I have two shipments somewhere between here and Germany!
Hoping one of them shows up next week! Weather has played havoc on international orders. My Amazon de stuff usually shows up in about 10 days.

Hi all, there are many, many delays in shipping all throughout Europe. I get packages from that area all year round (I am 1/2 German, and order continously from family and retailers), and the weather this year has cripped the area, which is not accustomed to the atypical weather we have been having. I, myself waited on a package via DHL, that should have taken 10 days, for over a month. As a SB collector myself, I know this is very frustrating and scary (you don't want them lost or damaged). But rest assured, if they do not appear, or appear damaged, the Amazon sites are fantastic in service. I wish you all the best!

to take the sticker off, i just do it normally, but after that i use a liquid called GOO GONE, its awesome; it removes everything without leaving any mark. its cool, you guys should try it.

I avoid GOO GONE - I used it on a steelbook with a matte finish and it made it shiny. Not very good to have a shiny spot on a matte finish.
