Indiana is mostly Eastern but some counties up north are problem children and want to be in the Central time zone. Its hell when we try and schedule tee times for the golf outings

the US is weird kinda in regards to our timezones since there is quite a few then certain states can choose to participate or not. @howarmat can likely better answer for Indiana but when I lived there I believe it was Central but I think once it was actually eastern? And there are some areas more east on the map then other states that fall under a different one.

Easiest thing I remember is CST is now (ha) EST is 1 hour more, Cali is 2 hours back ... and Arizona is actually 2 different times during the year for anyone not in AZ cause they never change their time. It was funny when I lived in AZ and I had to send in some reports to corporate where they were used to having reports at a certain time ... then DST hits and they once called trying to rip my butt about sending in reports on time .... I was very happy to let them know that while their time changed, mine did not!

We have 5 time zones in Canada but the province of Saskatchewan doesn't use Daylight Savings Time.

once GBs are turned off they will be turned back on around 3:50-4:10 am CENTRAL STANDARD TIME USA ........ which is then 9:50-10:10am LONDON ........ this will be for a very short time again ........ this will give those in Europe chance too whilst obviously alienating North America (but they had one chance already tonight) ......... THEN everything will be back until finished at 2:50-3:10pm USA CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ... which is 8:50-9:10pm LONDON

Depends on a few variables. Print run, popularity of title, and popularity of edition you are aiming for and how limited that one is etc. Not the best answer I know....

Probably won’t be easy, even with this foolish surprise tactic. Plus, shipping costs from FA direct is outrageous.

No separate GB for the Hard box only? I have to purchase E1 + E2?

We discussed this option, but Karel can get only certain amount of copies for E1 and E2 and we cant know for sure how many copies of E1+E2 (Hardbox) will be sold, hence its hard to decide how to divide copies between GBs and for example if there is more needed for E1 or E2 moving copies around would be more work for Karel. Keeping things simple is whats best for him, hence we decided to do it this way. Also there might be new members who are not sure and will purchase E1 and E2 individualy instead of going with E1+E2 GB and that will cause too much work to fix it so keeping it simple is again the best way for us. Thank you for your understanding.

I’m not buying this as a new or fun tactic meant for the customers. My guess is that the approval process has been very hard for DP2, so either artwork is not 100% finalized yet or the available art is underwhelming meaning FA chose to hide it behind "Christmas surprise". Either way I think it’s a very bad way to handle it, and my guess is they’re simply hiding it because it’s underwhelming.
