Back art is kind of metaphorical. No background and title only show us everything was demolished because Demolition Man was here. This is conceptual art.
I feel like i'm the only one who's never cared about back or inside artwork.. either way, I'm glad to finally get this cheaply, the prices for the German steelbook are absurd
I'll just stick to not owning a steelbook for this film
Same situation wasn't my fav Sylvester movie but enjoyed it. Though, his Cliffhanger 4K steelbook that came out was really nice! Great video transfer and solid film that still held up well to modern films set in the winter
I don't actually own it but it's my favourite Sylvester film and I like Wesley Snipes.
And watching it now with how sensitive people are are it's amazing how accurate they got it
Yes, it's really awesome, and there's so many little tidbits, and social jokes, like driving meat eating, 'old ways' people literally underground, which is what the extreme liberal crazies seem to want now. I love their leader Denis Leary.
Then there's the cursing fines, not touching each other due to germs, like after Covid, the self driving cars, the 'fiber op you' expression, like Skype you or FaceTime you now, Schwarzenegger Library - in their long running jokes in each other's movies, only this one also became semi-true, he just wasn't a president, but governor.
Cute laserdisc anachronisms, VR-sex head gear glasses, etc.
This movie needs a Criterion level of special edition, with a couple hours of analytical documentaries!
Oh, and there was a great Panasonic 3DO game with 4 different types of gameplay in one (driving, shooting, sidescroll action and FPS) and exclusive Stallone footage specifically recorded for it, that really impressed me in 1995!

Well for €15 I'm happy enough with it. I don't have this on BD and the original steelbook isn't worth the current market price. So this will do me nicely.
I already have the Stallone Collection Blu-ray Amaray Box Set it includes Demolition Man
When I purchased years ago was a slipbox with 2 amaray cases might have changed since then the packaging
