They don't seem to have changed their shipping, no protection still...I ordered 4 copies for me and friends and they simply ship as usual(2 piles side by side with steel layered one on top of each other, so 2 piles of 2 steels steels are one on top of each other = no protection between them, the steels are just piled up on top of the other) no protection in between the steels and steels are right at the bottom of the shipping box, needless to say every bump/hit to the bottom is truly felt by the steel, and they put their usual brown paper on top I guess so they don't bounce back and forth in the box. I assume since this shipping method hasn't changed if 1 or 2 copies ordered they will be sent in the usual big cardboard envelope without any protectection. Still no use of bubble wrap witnessed.
So how were they packaged again???

Anybody notice it was hard to find a good spine for this? Every steelbook they had of this at my store was printed off center. Kind of frustrating...

My problem recently is that a lot of the steels I receive from FS online order have slashed spine.... a lot of exchange...

Same as usual it seems no change in the way it was shipped to me. I assume if you order 1 or 2 copies they will be in their big brown cardboard envelop no protection and me since I had ordered 4 copies for me and friends, they simply packed them one on top of each other in box right at bottom of box, no protection they touch the bottom of box and piled up so they are steel to steel during shipping no protection between the steels, with a brown paper crumbled on top to prevent them for jumping around during shipping but I don't like that the steel are touching the box so every bump is felt by the steel and piled up steel against steel (like books would be book to book)... so no change observed in packaging.

So NO protection at all?

I wonder how they managed to arrived in such great condition, but extremely poor wrapping
That's pretty crazy. It's like Zavvi and their envelopes. They send them in these envelopes that have no protection at all in the envelopes except just a piece of foam in the envelopes. Sometimes they show up ok in the envelopes which is weird because using just an envelope to ship a steel overseas is crazy. I can't believe they use just an envelope, but sometimes they show up ok in the envelopes when shipped over in just the envelopes....envelopes!

I received my copy today in the mail. It is frustrating to see my spine is slashed and off-center. :(
