Yeah, I chose paypal and the funds were taken instantly.

What I really don't like is the fact that you cannot cancel an order, the first time I wen't through with it there was some kind of an error before I got to the paypal page, now I have two of the same orders, one paid for and one not. I just hope they don't charge me for the second one as well.

Anyone that has bought from them before, what should I expect? I emailed them regarding canceling the order that didn't go through properly, waiting to hear back.

I have the same issue with an error before payment, now it says 'processing' under order history. I'm worried if I try again I'll get charged twice!

Thanks for the info! managed to register but when I try and change the postcode it still says invalid

I had the same issue but if you continue with the order you get step 2 which allows you to edit the address which is a different page to the Account Info.

Yep, same thing happened to me. There's two of the same orders, one with a red euro sign and the other with a green one. But on the invoice they emailed there was only the one order.... strange.

I hope this helps:

1) if you pay via credit card, they will charge you at shipping
but
2) if the shipping date is farther than 25 days, they will charge the card after 25 days (it's a banking system limit)

3) if you pay via paypal they charge you immediately
but
4) they are saying (in italian forums) that in a couple of days there may be the choice to delay the payment via paypal too.

5) usually you can cancel an order sending them an e-mail, untill a couple of days before the release date, and then you will be completely refunded (if you have already paid).



P.S. at least, this is how it works for italian users

Got a reply regarding my "double order", they cancelled one and refunded me for the other one, saying that since the release date is so far away I should just pay from my order page 2-3 days before release. Top notch costumer service!

This one is limited to 1000 copies and is numbered. It will have a different data card to the other versions. The Steelbook will probably be identical to the others though.

for those wondering ... italy often does limited to 1k editions or more ... they just use a numbered sticker. It almost often always looks like this ...

some are on the steel like you see there. But many are on shrink wrap.

How do these fare in the resale market - out of curiosity? Have these limited eds been known to compare well to other 'rare' steels?

Why not ? if you think about it there's a steel limited and numbered 1000 copies and we don't know if it will be as Puffi's Steelbook; it will be a beautiful steelbok doubtless
