Maybe you should tell that to your buddies over at Zavvi mate.. You made a point to tell us the other night you were on the phone to one of them after all.. What about all their ultra limited print runs that become scalped to hell

I get what Paul's saying but that is a good point, I did find it odd the phone call was mentioned

It was to do with a replacement order as I not had delivery and Zavvi customer service was annoying me I got the phone call from Zavvi as I requested it as legal action was about to be taken by me

Sorry but it just seems a bit selfish to me. Don't get me wrong, I hear what you're saying and I know you're not trying to upset anyone, but it's very easy to say all that having secured your copy. Luckily I also secured a copy, with "luck" being the operative word. If we get this print run for a fairly major release in future I may not be so lucky.

Personally, knowing that a particular steelbook has 2000 copies instead of 3000 doesn't improve my enjoyment of that steelbook in the slightest. I'd much rather know that my fellow collector's didn't miss out, but I guess not everyone is that considerate...
It only sounds that way cause I grabbed one. As someone's who paid over £100 on multiple releases, I can tell you I enjoy the exclusivity of this game regardless of whether I'm lucky or not:thumbs:

That is only a benefit to re-sellers and scalpers and is not a help to collectors
A highly popular film should have the standard print run of 4,000 it still sells out and still a limited edition
Well I can prove that wrong, it benefits me and I've not resold anything for more than what I paid for years :cigar: Can't say that for everyone on this thread though;)

But why randomly mention it in a blufans thread.

It came across that you are in cahoots with them and used it as a strength on here when we were all too involved with the dr strange issue. Until Craig mentioned it lol

I was on the phone and after the phone call and I then logged onto HDN at work and the first thing I see is multiple alert posts for this thread
I did not even know the GB had gone live until after the phone call
The phone call was Zavvi calling me to avoid me taking them to court

Well technically wasn't this the first MCU Blufans to have all it's editions accounted for in it's group buy? So at 4000 no it won't sell out? And I won't have that same excitement about purchasing a copy so...
Definitely seems like there's some benefit there for me

Sounds very personal and incredibly irrelevant to this thread

Yeah but why say it at all. You don't normally come and tell us what you've just been doing.
You did not get the jist of my post
Reason why I posted It was due to a phone call from Zavvi I was totally unaware about all the madness of the GB until after the phone call
Did I miss something :LOL: is what I posted with a sense of humor attached

I had been spending all day Monday and most of Tuesday back and forth with messages with Zavvi customer service and one Zavvi customer service staff annoying me big time and when it comes to sale of goods act I won't let any retailer try to avoid my customer rights.
Zavvi called me as I told them if I not got the phone call and replacement sent I was taking legal action

So the post was simply due to a phone call with Zavvi I missed all the madness of the GB
