the steelbook world is milking fac by reselling their products for 2-5 times its retail price.. they deserve the revenue more than some lousy scalpers

To be honest, i've never watched Dredd, so this is a complete "blind buy" for me, but everyone in this forum seems to really like it and have been anticipating this release for some time.

I mean, it looks entertaining as hell!

i remember watching the original with Stallone when it came out.

Looking forward to experiencing this for the first time

It's so much better than the Stallone film, which I also saw at the cinema back in '95 @Bodhisattva !

Think of it as a John Carpenteresque, exploitation, Sci-Fi/Action B movie and you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic industrial/techno inflected score too, reinforcing that 80's movie vibe, if you've got a home cinema system turn it up loud!!!
I've seen it countless times, and if anything, it improves on further viewings!

I really envy someone watching the movie for the first time!

You think you get 2-5 times the retail money for a numbered edition? 1001 pieces gets nearly zero increase..

That is kinda the idea of a premium package, increase in value (scalpers is a own discussion).. Filmarena is off course doing this to make more money, if you buy it for 1000 CZK, they make at least 4-500 CZK in profit.
And when they get 5000 disc at low cost they slap a picture on it with a numbered card and make it a premium, i would do the same.. but now im the collector and i think 5 edition is way to much and im worrying about the future..
Im a real FAC collector and have them all, but when they start with 4 - 5 edition, my collection will have a few missing in the future and that bothers me:/

I have no problem with 4 editions (E3 is not a different edition for me, it's just E1 and E2 together in a box). Since I'm not completely convinced by the existing two editions, I'm actually very happy that the variety I can choose from got bigger.
I was never going to get all of them from the beginning, so it doesn't bother me.
