Haha! Then you're going to love this - The hand holding the bag isn't actually Ryan Gosling's hand at all... it is in fact the hand of Rich Andrews (his team designed the Drive poster). Basically, the original image was of Gosling holding a hammer, so along with the Photoshopped sunglasses, they also added in the hand + bag themselves.

Oh, and the car in the background isn't quite right either... the car in the film has round headlights, whereas the one on the steel/poster clearly has square ones. It still doesn't take anything away from it though IMO. I love the design and cannot wait to get my hands on it!

They tweeted something similar on Twitter just last week, so it's good to hear their customer service is giving the same reason... that 100% confirms it now.

I think it was mentioned in an interview with Rich Andrews himself, but I can't for the life of me remember where I actually read it.

I'll let you know if/once I eventually remember!

Unknown at the moment - those that have asked in store seemed to have been told either the store doesn't know yet or that they don't expect to get any stock for sale in-store - so not looking good at this point

HMV Newcastle are telling me now it was only a online exclusive and not for street retail. They also stated online pre orders have met there limit and the title is now classed as unavailable
