still can't wait for this! Unfortunately I'll have to go buy a copy at BestBuy or FutureShop and exchange the discs so that I can actually watch it.. damn region coding! At least the steelbook is awesome!!

well henke thats why i said for UK shipping ;) no idea what there like to other countrys. i am saying for a UK based company shipping in those boxes is excellent to the UK never had a problem. :p

Well there is less chance for damage with 1-2 day shipping inside the UK, but the boxes are the same for Int so. I would like them to put several items in a larger box but they only ship items one by one and won't change it in any near future.

Its more a problem with OOP stuff offcourse.

LOL, would you believe that the HMV boxes are fine, at least for the UK. I've never received any SBs dented due to the quality of the box. Play.com on the other hand is like thick paper packaging or a jiffy bag EEK!

My experience exactly. Though I appreciate that buyers in Europe might prefer better HMV packaging.

So this thing is already OOS? I still have mine on pre-order from way back when, but it's looking like a super limited release?

I doubt whether it's super limited. Maybe min 4000 unit production run. Online, allocation OOS, instore, who knows?

it's doubtful it will still be sold in store

and more people will cancel their orders for the french release

I believe the FR release is a couple of weeks after the UK one. I guess hardly anybody is going to double dip with FR especially if it is confirmed as EN forced subs on EN audio.

I've said it in many threads that HMV boxes are OK for UK but are a bit meah for Int'l shipping. Other companies on Channel Islands use the same make of box (or thinner).

Somehow don't think this will make it to store. What time you gonna be in Oxf'd St, Hub ?

I have received over 25 steels from HMV, none of the boxes have ever been crushed and more important the steels have all been mint.

It gets thinner than the HMV UK boxes? They are like cereal box thin.
