I have never had any problem with the packaging from HMV n besides I can order directly from them since they ship to me in USA so to me this are great news...

Me either. Fortunately, every steelbook I ordered from HMV have come in perfect condition despite poor packaging. Though I'm thinking of getting it from AMZ.
