Like I don't care if they release a million steelbooks of something. But if you sell something as limited then just reissue it. It seems dishonest.I'm with you guys 100 percent.
Dishonesty is seldom good. Although I especially despise dishonesty from corporate entities, targeted at fleecing everyday people.

Exactly how I feel. I don’t care if there’s enough copies that everyone can get access, just don’t tell me something is limited to get my FOMO going and then make more after.
Interestingly, the Zavvi email image shows ltd 2000, but the listing image and description doesn’t. HMV has the 2000 image but not in the description. I wonder if it’s just the same edition but without a numbered sticker.
Surprised they even managed to shift 2000 of these tbh... that steelbook is horrible
To be fair, it's the only decent elf steel released.
Just, it was a bit a bit of let down overall imo.
Still it was def worth a 20% HMV off shout originally though.
Have to watch this every Christmas now. It's a pre requisite.
Sorry but the US steelbook was much better than this one.
I do have this release and I think the whole package is just one big disappointment, as ok as the US steel was it could have been dramatically improved upon.

Just had an email from HMV to say it's been cancelled.
"We're getting in touch to let you know that the below item from your hmv.com order, has been cancelled:

The above item has unfortunately been removed from the release schedule and is no longer due to be released by our suppliers. As such, we are unable to fulfil your order for this item and have had to cancel the order".

Don't mean to sound a dick. But good. I hope they cancelled it. Buying something that's listed as limited to 2000 and then it getting reissued really pisses me off.
Didn't they also recently say the exact same thing regarding another upcoming release, only for them to be wrong??

Yes, they did, but cancelled my order anyway! Wow, who to trust these days .... prices forever increasing and service getting worse!
