imo yes. Target SB's seem to have a limited print run. I think a employee said that Target only orders so many and after that they are gone.

Thanks God you don't make a rules i prefer 20-30 spamming posts rather 100 to be honest I don't think is low ( for gb you pay entry fees, is not for free ) so more members more money for HDN everybody winsand everyone have to start at some point why would you make someone life harder?
