anyone know if they plan to put a title on the slip?

It was only announced in their newsletter Yesterday that this would be part of the film arena Collection. No other information is available at this point not even the print run. Until they release the beautyshot or Finalized FullSlip(which will not be right away), we will have to wait for finalized extremely specific details like this.
When Karel gets the general bonus content info as he often does he will post it as he does when he has the info it's always fast in the thread.
But until then, that's all we know.

I've just realised we have all commited to this steelbook purchase without even seeing a price.

Any guesstimates on what the price will be delivered to the UK ??? I paid zavvi £22 for mine. So I don't want to pay more than £28 at the most for a full slip version.
YEP NO PRICE DETAILS Normaly I'd never jump . I'v waited have the Dracula Untold set and WWWWOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPP WWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPPPPPP I'M IN LOVE.

its really not ideal to have members commit to a GB before knowing the details. I don't want to miss it, but I also wish I could see the package details :dunno:

No it isent ideal these ARE class pure total utter CLASS . The slips are sublime rival the Aisan releases infact shame some of the Asian ones .

as Steelbook collectors it is often that we have to blind buy a certain Title, it is nothing new. And For Karel's GB, most of them have been/are Blind Buys as film arena most always provide the beautyshot when they get closer to the release date. So Blind buy for Karel's GB are the general situations as he always does them early when FA first Announce it will be an FAC.

PS: when we do end up seeing the beautyshot when a Group Buy is still open, it is generally when the Group Buy has been open for a long time.

folks i know FA Puts out top grade stuff. i have Exodus, Mockingjay, Equalizer, Maze Runner, Elektra and a boatload more coming. I think I'd feel more confident if they didn't go back and forth so much with title or no title. That's all.

That is the way they like to design their WEA FullSlip, they like to mix it up and some pictures they prefer, find them looking better, without Titles.
I understand the Type of Collector that likes the Title on each of the releases,
but film arena has no intention of changing the way they have designed their FullSlips so far,
so to be expected for sure, FullSlips with and some without Titles.

Of course this is completely unofficial, but by my count copy 299 was reserved in post #235 (@777) Hopefully Karel can score a few extra copies. I know he's been able to when the print run is big enough like T1 or Kingsmen.

It is definitely a valid concern. I don't think group buys should be approved without basic details like the price, especially if the rules prohibit a person from withdrawing.

But backing out of purchases with other retailers does not get you blacklisted for future purchases. I know you are aware of this policy with FA group buys as you have been very quick to point it out to members in the past. Seems irresponsible to be encouraging everyone in this thread to blindly commit to this purchase when you know this policy well.

I have never had problems getting in Karel's GB and that's only because I come to this forum numerous times but it would be better if there was some advanced notice like Kimchi or HDzeta. I think that would be fair.

Mods really need to look into this.

Well I was the last post in the GB so I will have to wait and see if I made it, that's what being away with work for a few days does for you and I'm off on vacation for the next two weeks so hopefully my quick check of the forum has snagged a copy.

Karel is not a retailer, he is a Gb Host and it is with him that we make the deal when we sign up for the GB. That is not me who makes the GB rules, and reason why the GBs are done blindly with a no backing out rule as this is the only way Karel can secure the copies. He can only do so early on, and when he has his copies secured with fa he has to pay them, so if he would allow backing out, he would be the the one getting stuck with all the members who would back out and have to pay all those copies out of his own pocket @Collector03601 as explained that part in another post.

And yes I am exciting about the release, we all know it will be nice, but I am not twisting anyone's arm. I love fa I will be excited about their release but at the end of the day no matter who tells you or gives you advice on joining the group buy or not, it is entirely your own decision to make, so as per your post, if you are not interested do not join the GB, that is your choice.

Personally if anyone gives me advice for a title no matter how they praise about it, I will make my own decision out of my own free will.

For me it's easy. I'm going to cop the Steelbook anyway. Now Filmarena announced they took the same Steelbook and wrap it in awesomeness. And they charge only a few bucks more.
So for me it's a no brainer. In any case I will spend 23 EUR at amazon for only a Steely and now 30 something with Filmarena for Full Slip and Goodies.
But I must admit Ill be lucky that the german release is later than most of the other countries..

I rip the plastic off, put the movie in the player and after watching I get into the goodies. Experience at its best
