Is that a fact? If so it hardly seems fair on those that drew the poor old high numbers.
At the end of the day it's just first come, first serve. Those that signed up for numbers initially when FA were starting the FAC got low numbers and could choose to purchase each release with the same number if they desired. If someone chooses not to buy a particular release, then someone else can purchase their copy after the initial reserved number pre-orders.

Sure it sucks for those that wanted a number that haven't managed to get one, or in the instances where there are a more limited number of copies (like this one), but that's often the price you pay for picking up on something that many people want too late.

Thankfully the GBs here are a great way to get a copy.

its a fact yes. this is how it works with film arena. if you collectible number is higher than the print run you are not guaranteed a copy

Yes, as @MrBMT just said; unless one of the earlier numbers decides to drop out.

Manifestly unfair way of doing things, as @Sairentu agreed; but then again, the only alternative with a low number run is a complete free for all, and all the chaos of release day that many of us have seen at Nova and Kimchi; there's just no happy medium . . .
