Here it is finally. FAC Ex_Machina # 686. I have now examined the whole package closely. Fullslip was in perfect condition and I cannot find these horrible lenticular scratches . I can also confirm, AVA is missing the whole 3D effect and it's one of the most disappointing lenticulars I've ever seen. I don't think it should be even called as lenticular. If you look closely, two tiny parts in AVA's face seems to be missing some paint, above the lip.

@Hamill82 Thanks about your kind comments towards me yesterday it was very kind of you :notworthy:

WOW at least your lenti isn't scratched, that is a great sign. Even though it may not be a great Lenti at least it is in Perfect Condition.

Very Happy for your to have received a Great Condition Copy

No sweat my man. Yes, it's probably the best it can look under these circumstances, but overall I'm quite upset with FilmArena. I'm going to let them know how I feel about these problems.

Anyway, for you Actarus, cheers!

@Hamill82 Yes didn't Open my Copy yet, Kinda scared to do so Actually but just for my fellow Members who got so many scratched Lenti I think it isn't right. First time that so many members are having the same issue with the same Bonus Item(Magnet Lenti) so to provide such answer from film arena I just think it was not right or maybe they just didn't understand the severity of the situation. When so many Collectors are having the same issue, I think they should simply apologize for the issue at least and inform that they will ensure it won't happen again for the future.

For my Fellow Ninjas who have voiced the issue, I have also emailed FA to simply let them know that this is above simple manufacturing regular process and simply asking them for the Future to ensure they will make sure they will ensure that this won't happen again. I really feel for all those that it happened too and I might be one of them also(will know when I get the gut to open my copy). I still think they are a GREAT Company but this may have been handled not the right way. I also informed them that we as collector we depend on them so that when they manufacture an FAC that all items will meet Collector Standard as all previous releases were perfect in terms of lenticulars(not counting the isolated incident) but the majority had all nice condition lentis.

The last thing we need is for this to be a repeated incident and creating doubt in our minds, wondering if we will receive a FullSlip with Damaged Bonus Items, we want to feel confident that when we Purchase a Film Arena FAC that High Quality Standards were met and ensured us a Mint Collector edition so we can feel confident purchasing and if we decide to keep one sealed not to wonder if some items inside might be damaged, we want to feel comfortable and confident that what we purchase is ''Collector Grade''.

Hopes were very high on this release but after reading majority of the ninja views here have to say it's a big let down from FA side and they should look into this situation and comments they are receiving from disappointed customers and make sure this problem does not repeat itself with their future releases.

I'm surprised every cares so much about the lenti magnets. I love lenticulars but the FA magnets have never been close to being on par with a lenticular slip even from the USA. If the Slipcover is great we should be happy

My last words in this thread. Congrats to all who will receive a mint copy. You all totally deserve it. This release is for me next to Whiplash the most beautfiul release from FA till now.

To sum up everything: Filmarena can't replace damaged items because they don't produced more than the offical print-run. No extras. Nothing. That's why they can't do anything and that's why Karel can't do anything. And they don't offer any discount or any friendly gesture to satisfie their customer. They only sent out a pretty dumb statement. This is pretty stupid from a company who's not a rookie anymore regarding to their number of releases. If this happend with Maze Runner or Equalizer, okay. But not after all those.

It's even worse for me since when I'm looking at all their releases, this one was my most avaited and my most favorite movie out of all (near to Whiplash). To receive a damaged Full Slip is so disappointing. I hate me that I passed on HDZeta for this because their aftermarket price is now over the moon. This was the last time I choose a FA release over the big dogs releases.

It's sad to hear their reply regarding your message but stay strong my friend @dan8885 and let's hope we all do not go through this process again fingers crossed.

My copy arrived at work 10 minutes ago. The lenticular is pristine, not a single mark on it. So happy.
Thanks again Karel.

So it must be isolated incidents, maybe higher than usual but 2 members stated received the lenti in pristine condition, so it gives me hope it doesn't look like it is ALL of them.
