Picked my full slip up this morning. Looks lovely so far. Will open it up when I’m back from work tonight

Received my PET too... so much cooler than I expected and looks even better in hand! Perfect use of holofoil IMO, and even the finish on the booklet is really nice.

A few issues though... the PET slip itself is really tight and I worry that it'll eventually add wear to the slip underneath. Also, my steelbook has some weird marks that look like stains or something, but will not rub off - there's only a few of them, but they're mostly over Alicia's face, which makes them even more noticeable/annoying.

Stunning edition overall though and a strong contender for premium of the year!

I thought that might happen (the part about the tight PET slip)... I was going to leave it off anyway.

Verdict: Fantastic release, Manta have done it again. The only thing I don't like are the postcards. Some of the images used on those have a ridiculously low resolution. Then again, I don't care about postcards, so whatever. The booklet looked a bit banged-up, but nothing serious. All in all, a great edition. However I still think the Mondo Steelbook is the best Ex Machina release out there.

Why did that not cross my mind when I wrote it?! I'm actually disappointed in myself.

Not sure I'll bother contacting Manta about it to be honest... they're only visible from certain angles, so I can live with them.

Stunning edition. Love the embossing/ debossing on the slip, the debossing on the steel title and the finish on the booklet. Very classy. Still prefer the original white steel but this is lovely. Also need to get the mondo steel
