45usd seems a little steep, yes.
but shipping from China isnt cheap, and this is limited, and a top quality steelbook.
if you want a face off steelbook on the cheap, get the US one off amazon.com, 9.99 USD with around 5 USD shipping, makes it not much over £12.
but i assure you, there WILL be 30 dollars worth of quality difference between the 2 releases.
i have the US one, but went in for the GB anyway on this, as it is sure to be the best steelbook face off will get.
