i just noticed the wreck it ralph slip has the title printed on it. making use of the space, and also identifying the slip (if you put it away) ... the other disney steels like toy story and this fantasia, dont have anything on the front face of the slip. makes me wonder if they were suppose to have titles on them, like wreck it ralph. it would make sense for there being a big space... so it makes me wonder if it is actually a printing/design error.

i just received mine in the US today. the back and front are all scratched up with a dent on the front cover. the front cover was the only nice looking part of the steel, and they had to go and ruin it for me. this is my first problem with zavvi. just emailed them. guess i'll wait and see how they deal with this situation.

Well crap.....I also just got my first dinged up zavvi steel.....it looks like the bottom third was put in a vise and then the top pushed over

Today 24th was my expected by delivery date as mentioned in my despatch email
If I don't get by Monday 27th I will have to contact Zavvi

My main concern here is the longer its still in the post system the chance of damage increases

Mine has a problem too. I had 3 on order that I tried to cancel and it was rejected. One came but two have not.

Got mine today. Perfect shape. The back still looks like ass but it is not quite as bad in hand as some of the pics here have made it out to be.

Well, mine was received damaged. was a birthday gift for someone. It has been returned after instructions from "them who shall not be named". It arrived last wednesday at their depot, as I'm able to track it. I messaged them to ask about replacement, now got a response 2 days later. The cheek. They have so many returns to deal with I will just have to wait until they get to mine!!! No birthday gift, my account debited, and no response as to when I shall get my replacement. Seriously considering contacting Trading Standards now. The whole thing is a sham This is the 3rd time I've had to endure this.

Now got message that my replacement will be "at least 2 weeks" to get round to looking at sending it. No Fantasia for me in the forseeable future. Wished I'd asked them to cancel it now.
