I think i might go with the UK version, i like the side view of the car better.

Since Paul looks to be the same steelbook in the UK and Germany, I'm starting to suspect it won't matter which you order on this one either (besides price, that is).

I like the clean releases Universal is putting out, but it seems they have also started drinking the "let's-do-the-same-artwork-everywhere kool aid". :(

I actually preferred the previous cover at least it was different. This one looks to much like the UK version which is much nicer

I believe this WILL be the UK artwork. Look at the quote at the base, it says Sunday Mirror. Sunday Mirror is a UK Tabloid Newspaper. Why put a UK newspaper quote if it aint going to be sold in the UK?

****EDIT**** Looks like they have done away with the crappy quote. Thank God.

I read somewhere else that this will not include the extended cut. UK steel will include it though. Any truth to it??

The listing on amazon.co.uk does show some more details about the content than the German one for sure.

But you might note that on the UK version, the disc details show the extended cut on the same disc as the theatrical version of the movie.

So I'd have to say that the German version WILL contain the extended cut, as big studios like Universal use the same blu-ray disc for many countries in Europe (usually you might see this happen with some studios by seeing multiple ratings logos printed on the disc).

The third disc in the UK edition, IMO, appears to be only the digital copy.

This of course, is all guess work from me - unless people point to a press release or something official, it's hard to assume different editions in most situations.

Did anyone notice that there is no writing at all on the front cover in the pictures on amazon.de? The title "Fast & Furious 5" looks to be on part of the packaging.

I think it actually looks better with only the art on the front. If that is the case (no title) I might lean toward this version instead of the UK version.
